When a group of United States Marines were accused of murder Jackass Murtha had them all tried and convicted long before charges were filed, long before any facts were entered and long before the Marines had their right to a fair trial. Murtha took it upon himself to call these brave warriors murderers. Not only did he prejudice the case he also tarnished their good names. Jackass Murtha exhibited absolutely no leadership traits when he decided to convict our war fighters in the court of public opinion. Many of us already knew that something was wrong with the case and hard work was done on behalf of these brave men.
Today, the charges were dropped against one of the brave warriors:
“The evidence [against Lance Cpl. Justin L. Sharratt] does not support a referral to a court-martial,” Lt. Gen. James Mattis wrote in his written decision.

“The government version is unsupported by independent evidence,” Ware wrote in an 18-page report. “To believe the government version of facts is to disregard clear and convincing evidence to the contrary.” My Way News
The left wing of the blogosphere was convinced that these American killing machines had murdered someone and their faux Marine Jackass Murtha had affirmed it for them. As it turns out these men are being exonerated one by one. This begs the question; Where is the apology from that jackass, Murtha?
For a guy who supports the troops he sure abandoned them when he said they were all guilty and now he has spoken nary a word in apology for his misguided statements. He does not support the troops. He is an old fool who should have been in jail years ago and he certainly should not be in Congress. The people in his district in Pennsylvania need to get their heads out of their rectal cavities and get rid of him. How blind are you people?
Perhaps Murtha is going to apologize but I am sure he has been busy. It is hard work stealing taxpayer money for pork and of course, there is the grueling August recess…
