New Castle County police in Delaware say a registered sex offender is back in jail after two naked teens were found in his closet.
Police spokesman Corporal Trinidad Navarro says probation and parole officers found the 16-year-old girl and 18-year-old woman while on a routine visit to 47-year-old Richard Whittle’s home in the 100 block of Carvel Avenue in New Castle.
Navarro says Whittle’s probation on unspecified earlier charges was revoked. Whittle was charged with fourth-degree rape after police determined he and the teens were involved in sexual activity before the officers arrived.
They should lock this pervert up and throw away the key. He is a convicted sex offender and he violated probation. One strike and you are out! Leave him in jail, he will get all the sex he wants.
