I agree, I’ve had the “privilege” of driving in and around the D.C. area.

As for Meathead, its typical for liberals to use the letter of the law to shield their immoral, dishonest, and generally rude & socially unacceptable behavior from ever having any repercussions for them.

For example, spitting of our soldiers and dishonoring them in other ways. The truth is people who do that should have their asses beat on general principle. However most decent people fear jail, lawsuits, and the impact those have on their families to be able to act and actually do the right thing. Thus the liberals use the law as a shield to behave in an unacceptable manner.
