This will also fire up a lot of people and get them to vote. Democrats will suffer even more this November because of this ruling.

You know, if we just strictly enforce the employer hiring practices, with strict fines per illegal, I will bet you that we can find Americans who will work at those jobs- after all, it was Americans who built this country, and we did ALL the jobs- yes, many were new immigrants- but most of them came legally, via Ellis Island, and the ones who didn't (Chinese, etc.) stayed simply because those who were left were too tough to die from the labor, and too inconvenient to ship home.
With Mexicans it is different, and the times are different- now, we have terrorists, and drug runners, and even the coyotes who bring people over have guns and shoot at Americans.
We shouldn't have to take in another country's citizens just because the leaders of that country are too stupid or too corrupt to do their duty to their own citizens. The citizens should hold them accountable, but the typical Mexican has too many centuries of being in bondage- they have now a "peon attitude"- they will do as they are told, but NOTHING more.
They have no initiative, for the most part, and that is their biggest drawback, and because of that, they will never have a country of their own, where they can succeed, and have the opportunity to do so in their own country.
Most Mexicans I know would rather do that, then journey here- but the success or failure of their own country is, in the end, up to them, and noone else.

This judge did indeed legislate from the bench, going so far as to show her complete and utter ignorance of the Federal Law, which states that people who are not citizens ARE REQUIRED to have their papers on them at all times- what galling stupidity on the part of someone who is supposed to know the law- Listen, I am a carpenter, but if I believe I can do her job better than she is doing her job, then she isn't doing her job effectively.
At least she left open the fact that police are still allowed to ask about an immigrant's status during a legally warranted stop- they are just not REQUIRED to- and there are many police who will do so, perhaps even more than before, because no police officer likes to be told HOW to do their job, especially by an ignorant activist judge.
