She has got what we need, I am in her age group and I know and follow everything she is refering to, she can do it all and do it well=if necessary when talking to these people one on one tear up again, that was very human and true and heart felt. She let the world know that she had feeling and was truly concerned, her tears did not run do her face. Please just get her to raise her voice like she is fighting for the position, I also know that she had almost lost her voice, I know that from singing and it is hard to keep your volume, BUT SHE CAN DO IT AND SHE CAN WIN==SHE MIGHT NEED A DAY OR TWO JUST TO REST AND GET IT ALL TOGETHER AGAIN=I WISH SHE HAD=HAD HER NEW MANAGER EARLIER=BUT THAT IS IN THE PAST AND THIS IS IN THE NOW.
