I have always worked in basicly a “man’s” world. Since I started earlier than most. I have never ask any of my squads, crews, troops what ever titles we were using at that time, to do something that I haven’t done already. I have had some new bees that thought because I was a woman I would be a push over. My old guard would just laugh at them. They either met our standards or moved on. One of my people told me what a new one had said when he was assigned to me, he told the new one do you see that pen in her hand, she can beat you to death with that. I made everyone understand up front that we were a team. No “I’s”. A few washed out no surprise. But for the most part all of my squads were trained and ready to go and hit the streets running. Most were on lists for FD or PD and were sent to us to make sure they understood what to expect. I worked with recruiters from the FD and PD departments. They always took my people with no hesitation. Once I was asked if I would agree to let 5 of them go straight to the street since they were already trained and needed man power. I would not let them do that. I felt that they needed to go through the whole thing and know who and what they were working with. I did not want them to miss that or misunderstand something in their new world.

That said, if the Beast is so experienced why is she crying foul now? Her “oh I’m just a poor girl” and everyone is ganging up on me does not make good material for a President of the United States. What is she going to do go to meetings and cry? From what is known about her she is probably more of a man than the rest of them. I don’t think living in the same zip code with a president counts as experience. I do not think this is the woman to be the first president. These idiots that think they will get another few years with Bubba better wake up. It will not be what they think.

I still stand by my offer if someone will just buy her a real mirror instead of the piece of tin she is using now so she can get a good look at the “girl”. I will remburse them for the cost.

I DO use my feminine side to help me when I need to, and I am not ashamed of this. My instincts and motherly feelings and emotions guide me and most women as well- those like Hillary refuse to admit this. (Some believe she has no feminine instinct and I wonder if this is true with her?)

Good post. Keep arguing with the gals…society needs this. It keeps us alive- we humans. Hillary should stop playing her gender in this race.
