“If this were a parody for adult entertainment, I would see it as that. But if this is a book that is actually intended for kids to read, then I think there’s a problem with it,” Mr. Rampton said.
Children aren’t necessarily sophisticated enough to understand these kinds of policies, and “liberals under the bed” sounds like “monsters under the bed,” Mr. Rampton said. “Kids have enough real things that their parents need to teach them to stay away from.”
I wonder why it is that children are smart enough to be inundated with liberal philosophy on PBS but not sophisticated enough to read books that are anti liberal? PBS has shows that tell kids how evil fossil fuels are and how bad it is to drill for oil. They have kid’s shows that espouse every liberal philosophy and it is expected the children can handle this indoctrination. This seems a bit hypocritical to me. Of course, children can not comprehend these conservative books but we should teach them how to use condoms. Ginsburg wants the age of consent to be 12. Shouldn’t we give these children a good conservative basis for thought before the liberals force their immoral views on them?
