Getting Priorities Straight

The folks in New Orleans are gradually returning to the less affected areas of the city. Businesses will start cleaning up and will attempt to reopen. I would think there would be priorities for the community, and maybe there are, but this does not seem like the top of the list to me:

I can’t imagine there will be a big influx of tourists. It would seem that many people will have other pressing things to do but I guess they will have a place to commiserate.
