I had to laugh a bit at this one – how easy are we going to make it for the thugs to get to work on robbing us? Actually, it makes me sad to think that once again we are asking (hopefully) law-abiding citizens to change their behavior in order to try to avoid being victimized by criminals. I realize that leaving packages out in the open (and to be honest I have done it numerous times) is not the best practice; however, I would much rather see harsh penalties for people stealing, breaking into vehicles, hey breaking any of our laws in fact.

I would hate to think what my car would look like – a giant yellow beacon from he**!
