Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice was at the Kennedy Center on Saturday. No, she was not there to watch a performance. She was there to give a performance. Rice played a number of songs on the piano, an instrument she started playing at the age of three. Why would the Secretary of State be playing a piano at the Kennedy Center? Does not she have other things to do? Seems she was accompanying a young singer who has Pulmonary Hypertension, a disease that is often fatal.
Here was Rice helping the Pulmonary Hypertension Association and this young lady. Now that is one nasty republican. That is, after all, why Jami wants Hillary as president. Because she is a woman and Jami is tired of nasty republicans.
Oh, by the way. The young lady that Rice was helping is the granddaughter of a politician. You know how those nasty republicans are. They will always help each other out. Only one small problem with that.
The soprano is a granddaughter of Rep. Tom Lantos, D-Calif., and his wife Annette, who Rice has known for years.
