A Maryland resident and subscriber has sent an email to his elected officials about the issue of turning our ports over to a company based in the UAE. Here is the email:

I would like to take this opportunity to express my concern and strong opposition to the sale of the company that manages our east coast ports to an entity owned by the United Arab Emirates.
When a country is obviously involved in supporting terrorism and those terrorists who would destroy our country & murder our citizens, they cannot be allowed to control the security of our ports. It seems like your letting the “FOX INTO THE HEN HOUSEâ€.
This CAN NOT BE ALLOWED! Please do what is necessary to see that this insult to the American People is not allowed to be finalized.
