Part of the problem is that many do not use email, they have some web form and those that use email send an auto response directing you to a web form. Most every one requires a name and address but indicate that if you are not a constituent you should contact your own representative. I do not know much about Congressman Pomeroy but regardless of his party, he was the only one decent enough to respond. I would have appreciated responses that were contrary to my concerns. I can tolerate differing opinion (and welcome them) but I can not stand apathy based on political posturing. Robert, I am going to try to compile a list and put it in a post.
