Donks Stoop Very, Very Low

Today was supposed to be the day that Coretta Scott King was honored. Today was supposed to be a celebration of her life and the advances in civil rights. That is what it was supposed to be. However, two donks, one a supposed man of God and the other a senile former President, took swipes at President Bush who went to pay tribute. Instead of praising King, Rev. Joseph Lowery said:

“She extended Martin’s message against poverty, racism and war. She deplored the terror inflicted by our smart bombs on missions way afar. We know now that there were no weapons of mass destruction over there,” Lowery said.

“But Coretta knew, and we know,” Lowery continued, “That there are weapons of misdirection right down here,” he said, nodding his head toward the row of presidents past and present. “For war, billions more, but no more for the poor!” The crowd again cheered wildly.

Now this moonbat supposed man of God has interjected himself in politics from the pulpit. I don’t imagine we will hear the ACLU talking about religious infringement into government and I don’t imagine many other moonbats will see this as wrong but perhaps the IRS can take a look and see if these statements are enough to revoke the Church’s tax exempt status. There have been other Churches to test those waters and they are less accommodating then the waters Kennedy made famous.

Now for the other moonbat. Senile former President Jimmy Carter took a swipe at Bush from the pulpit. He said:

As he talked about the Kings, he said: “It was difficult for them then personally with the civil liberties of both husband and wife violated as they became the target of secret government wiretaps.” The crowd cheered as Bush, under fire for a secret wiretapping program he ordered after the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, again smiled weakly.

Later, Carter said Hurricane Katrina showed that all are not yet equal in America. Some black leaders have blamed Bush for the poor federal response, and rapper Kayne West said that Bush “hates” black people.

The only thing missing from these rants was the word Nazi. If they had called Bush a Nazi their mission would have been complete. I don’t imagine there will be much uproar from any of the moonbats. Blacks around the country will dismiss this and say it was appropriate. President Bush has much more class than these two jerks put together but I wonder how well it would have been received if Bush would have said this when he made his statements:

“We are here to honor Ms. King. She might have thought there were no WMD but she would have a hard time explaining what killed all those Iraqis and Iranians, or does their civil rights not matter? I understand that the Reverend Lowery needs to pander to his congregation in order to support the Democrats but I would like him to explain how blacks can be so bad off when the Democrats spent billions upon billions of dollars on social welfare programs the whole time they were in power. Perhaps the good Reverend can explain why the left feels it needs to suppress blacks. Is it because they feel the blacks are inferior or they just want to keep them down for political reasons.

I would ask former President Carter to explain how his 21% inflation rate helped all the poor families of any color to make ends meet. I would also ask him to explain how it is that more whites died, as a percentage of population, than blacks in New Orleans. Perhaps he can even explain how it is that the black mayor allowed all his people to die like that. Former President Carter might also tell us how he helped America when he put the military in disarray and how he will be remembered for his inept rescue attempt. I would also like him to explain why, if he was so good, he is known as a one term President, something I can not be called. I would like him, if senility allows, to explain how it feels to be impotent in the political arena, how it feels to know people regard him like they do a senile old uncle, they leave him in a corner blabbering while no one pays attention. Just tell us Jimmy, how the world was so much better when you ran the country into the ground.

I am here to pay homage to Ms. King. May God bless her soul and may she rest in peace. I only hope she is too busy reuniting with her husband to hear the mindless racist prattle that is coming from these imbeciles.

Thanks you and God bless America.”

The left would go nuts, Jessie Jackson would organize a boycott and the blacks would say it was inappropriate for Bush to say such things. Too bad he has more class than that and too bad the rest of the people involved are either not intelligent enough or are too brainwashed to understand what took place today.
