Dismantling Obama’s Speech To His Muslim Brothers

Pam Geller at Atlas Shrugs did a great job of taking Obama’s speech apart. She goes through it and dispels the falsehoods he spewed and the erroneous claims that he made with regard to his brothers in his new found Islamic roots.

Islam has demonstrated through words and deeds the possibilities of religious tolerance and racial equality.

And it only got worse. It was terrible. My heart is heavy for my country and the free world.

The media can spin their subjugation and adulation a million different ways, but America did not vote for a “Muslim presidency,” which is what this is. Obama deceitfully hid his Muslim background and schooling and his agenda. Little did America know that Obama’s objective would be a conversion of this nation to “the largest Muslim country in the world”. From the moment he spoke as President, in the inaugural address, Islam was falsely given a preeminent place in the creation of America. In this speech, he quoted from the Koran three times. Why doesn’t anybody comment on this? Why doesn’t anyone ever comment on what he projected vs. what he is? Why won’t all those talking heads state the obvious?

The Asia Times said Obama made a mistake by speaking in Cairo. “Why should the president of the United States address the ‘Muslim world?,” it asked. “What would happen if the leader of a big country addressed the ‘Christian world’? Half the world would giggle and the other half would sulk.”

“To speak to the ‘Muslim world’ is to speak not to a fact, but rather to an aspiration,” the paper stated, “and that is the aspiration that Islam shall be a global state religion as its founders intended. To address this aspiration is to breathe life into it. For an American president to validate such an aspiration is madness.”

He quoted extensively from the Koran.

In his typically anti-semitic fashion, Obama came down very hard on the Jews in his speech today to the Muslim world.

MK Aryeh Eldad in Israel said, “Obama makes a shocking parallel between the destruction of European Jewry and the suffering that the Arabs of Israel brought upon themselves when they declared war on Israel.”

“If Obama does not understand the difference between them, perhaps he will understand it better when he visits the concentration camp in the comings days. And if he doesn’t understand it even there, then Islam will once again teach it to him, just as it taught his predecessor on 9/11.”

Be sure to head over to her site and read the rest. It is long as she dissects his claims. WARNING; some of the pictures linked to depict graphic violence at the hands of the people who have “demonstrated through words and deeds the possibilities of religious tolerance and racial equality.”

“Palestinians must abandon violence. Resistance through violence and killing is wrong and does not succeed. … It is a sign of neither courage nor power to shoot rockets at sleeping children, or to blow up old women on a bus. That is not how moral authority is claimed; that is how it is surrendered.”

My only question is why does Obama hate Israel so much?

    • Big Dog says:

Look at the rest. And the thing you need to ask is why the ISRAELIS believe he hates them so much.

      • Darrel says:

I thought I would check your claim. More good news. Israelis like Obama just like all the other normal people.

        New Poll: Israelis Prefer Obama

“Even more positive news from Barack Obama’s trip to the Middle East: a new poll by Israel Radio shows, for perhaps the first time, Israelis preferring Obama to John McCain.

When asked “who would you rather see elected as the next president of the United States,” Obama bested John McCain by a 37-28 margin.”

“Obama’s competitiveness spanned the political spectrum across Israel’s top three parties. The Illinois Democrat trounced McCain among Israel’s most liberal voters, who belong to the Labor Party (44-6), tied among more right-wing Likud voters (28-28), and held a slight edge among sympathizers of the Kadima Party, which is led by Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert (40-32).

The survey of 600 respondents taken this week, likely before Obama landed in Israel, also found that more Israelis believe Obama would be a better president for the Jewish state, 31-27.”

        Nothing cuts like the truth.

Perhaps because of his muslim roots, and he simply “must” hate Israel because they do also. Muslims have never demonstrated the power of individual thought.

When will you get it? HuffPo is not a reliable news source especially if you don’t know how to read. The link you posted is to a HuffPo article from July of 2008. This is June 2009, nearly one year later. The poll THEN was that Obama was preferred, however that is not the case now that the Jews have seen jug ears in action.

    From YNet, 18 May 2009

Only 31% of Israel’s adult Jewish population considers Barack Obama’ administration to be pro-Israel, according to a Smith Institute poll released Sunday, on the eve of the American president’s meeting with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Washington.

Like I said, most Israelis think he is NOT pro Israel.

Nice try Darrel. Next time you decide to check me try to check yourself first.

    • Doug says:

Of course Huff Po is a perfectly legitimate mainstream news source. Who’s “Ynet?” Like you care.

You’re right, I didn’t look at the date. Interesting that the Israelis liked Obama better than your republican McCain eh? I didn’t know that. Learned something new!

And of course American Jews love Obama bigtime:

WASHINGTON – A new Gallup survey found that 61% of Jewish voters prefer Obama to McCain, who got 32% of the Jewish support.

Now, you cite this poll from the fine folks at the Smith Institute which finds:

“31% of Israel’s” [find Obama pro-Israel]…14% of Israeli Jews consider Obama pro-Palestinian, while 40% of the respondents labeled him as neutral; 15% declined to offer their opinion.”

What’s wrong with this? Nothing! OF COURSE he should be neutral. That’s a *compliment.* A US president should approach the problems of these two factions as an objective third party. It’s only fair that he would be neutral for pity sake.

But what did you claim above?

“the thing you need to ask is why the ISRAELIS believe he [Obama] hates them so much.”

So we find you claim is just so much rubbish.

You poll shows that 71% percent consider him neutral or “pro-Israel.” Fifteen percent are smart enough to not answer a question with no definition of “pro-Israel.” And that leaves ONLY 14% that think he is “pro-Palestinian.”

So if we were to pretend that this tiny minority thinks “Obama hates them” (which is absurd of course), then that leaves you with only 14% of Israel.

Thanks for finding this info and for catching my mistake on the date of my article.

  3. Adam says:

So what is wrong with HuffPo? Are you equating some imaginary evil liberal bias with a failure to accurately present the results of a poll? If you find an error in HuffPo’s reporting let us know, otherwise simply crying about bias all the time just makes you easy to laugh at.

Here is HuffPo reporting on your poll. Does that put your source in question since my source for your same data is HuffPo reporting on your source?

“Like I said, most Israelis think he is NOT pro Israel.”

First of all you didn’t say that. You said that “ISRAELIS” believe he hates them, a claim hardly supported by your poll. When 71% (40% + 31%) think Obama is either neutral toward the state or pro-Israel then that certainly doesn’t support your claim that Israel thinks Obama hates their country.

As for the suggestion that “most Israelis think he is NOT pro Israel” that is hardly an easy statement to make. Most Israelis think Obama is neutral, so what’s your point? Only 15% think Obama is pro-Palestine and another 15% didn’t give their opinion. So while you are technically correct I fail to see what that means really when it comes to arguing that Israel thinks Obama hates their country.

The only thing Huf has been accurate on has been the title name- everything beloe the title is biased so bad it falls over from its own tilt

    • Blake says:

Huffie should take a poll after Husseins speech- the results i bet will be different.

  4. Melinda says:

Great piece, I am worried, what are the rest of america thinking? How can anyone not see what he is PLAINLY doing? All I can say is, please everyone Pray for America, we are in dire need of it, and not just America, but Israel as well.

Thank you Big Dog for the post.

    • Blake says:

The “rest” of America, those who voted for Hussein, are either scared to death, or ignorantly repeating the party line like a mantra that will keep the zombies away. It won’t, but if we can elect some true conservatives in 2010, we can begin to turn back this tide of socialism.

There are mixed results on all sides. Go to CNN, ireport, youtube, and look at some of the reactions from people and not the actual news reports. Personally, I’m not happy with the speech but there is nothing I can do until 2011 when we get to vote again, if we still have the right. OHB is a “Christian
who can’t find a church in DC, now he’s a Muslim speaking at Cairo. Wonder what he’s going to be tomorrow when he’s taking a tour of the concentration camps. Radical Muslims hate Jews, the Iran president thinks the hollocaust never happened, and OHB obviously is confused as to his religion. At least I found quite a few youtube videos from people who voted for him and are now wishing they hadn’t. Thank you for the link, BigD.

The man is truly unfortunate for us- we could have had this recession healing at least two months sooner without spending all this money if it wasn’t for him and his gang of thugs.
