Democrats Do Not Believe In Others’ Free Speech

It looks like the Democrats are trying to get ABC to cancel the Path to 9/11, the movie that shows how incompetent the Clinton administration was when it came to our national security. They are demanding that the movie be cancelled because it is factually incorrect. Senator Harry Reid said so, therefore it must be true. Amazingly, every Democrat who is squawking about the so called inaccuracies in the movie has failed to provide one shred of evidence to refute the claims made in the movie. Instead of just telling us it is inaccurate, how about proving it? The Democrats are mad because this comes out in an election year where who can best protect this country will be a big issue. The Democrats know they can not protect us and they do not want a movie pointing it out just before the elections.
Amid an election-year debate over who can best defend America, U.S. congressional Democrats urged ABC on Thursday to cancel a TV miniseries about the September 11 attacks that is critical of former Democratic President Bill Clinton and his top aides.
Senate Democratic leader Harry Reid of Nevada denounced the five-hour television movie, set to air in two parts on Sunday and Monday nights, as “a work of fiction.”
Reid and other leading Senate Democrats wrote to Robert Iger, president and CEO of ABC’s corporate parent, the Walt Disney Co., urging him to “cancel this factually inaccurate and deeply misguided program.”
I asked this before but I will do so again. Where was this outrage from Democrats when Michael Moore put out Fahrenheit 9/11? Where was their outrage when this movie was aired again before the last election? Where was their outrage when he distributed a bunch of free copies in an attempt to make Bush look incompetent with regard to terror? F 9/11 was filled with blatant lies that have been debunked by a number of people and yet every moonbat believes it as if it were Gospel. Why is it they did not demand that this piece of trash be cancelled? Perhaps it is because the Democrats only believe that people (and in this case a network) are free to do and say what they want so long as it agrees with them or shows them in a good light.
The Path to 9/11 is a factual story as told by a number of people in many books, people who were there when it happened. The Democrats are upset because they have no proof to refute the truth about their inability to keep this country safe. It casts a serious shadow on Bill Clinton and his so called legacy and the donks are not happy. They had better get use to it because the gloves are off. As Jack Nicholson said in A Few Good Men “You can’t handle the truth.”

Where is the Republican outrage about the Path to 9/11. I remember a lot of complaining about Michael Moore. Actually you are still complaining. Maybe it just depends on who’s ox is being gored. Perhaps it is because the both the Democrats and Republicans only believe that people can say what they want so long as it agrees with them or shows them in a good light.
Michael Moore’s movie was shown to be fiction. Where has any Democrat shown the lies in this movie. Where is the proof. If they could show proof I and other Republicans would be the first to say it is wrong and should not be broadcast. The fact is there were plenty of people showing the lies in Moore’s film and no one has shown them in Path.
That is the difference. If you want Republicans to be on your side and scream about it, show us where it is wrong. It is not about oxen, it is about truth.
I know that concept is difficult for the left.
Looks like I’m going to have to make sure both VCRs are set for this and then going to make a few dozen copies and mail to everyone I know. I already know its going to be good if the looney libs are foaming at the mouth about it. It’s okay to lie and attack when its from their side of the isle, but let us in the middle or other side try and get the truth out to the public, and they have to double their medication.
