If you read the link I posted earlier for the Jogging Blogger’s rant about the crappy service she received from Delta, you will also know she witnessed a lot of service members who were delayed while on leave. JB is going to do a follow up post about this and perhaps an email campaign. I will keep an eye on this and perhaps link to Delta customer service. If we can get the flight numbers from JB we can really bomb them with our dissatisfaction at their treatment of customers, especially our service members.
I said it after my last fiasco flying Delta. They act really strange for a company that is faced with going bankrupt. JB is on to something when she says they deserve it.
