In Macomb County Michigan a teenage boy is being charged in the death of his girlfriend’s fetus. It seems these two decided they did not want a baby so they hatched a plan to get rid of it. The boy beat her in the stomach for a period of time until she miscarried. He is being charged. The law says no matter what the mother did, she can not be charged.
This has a few problems that I can see. First of all, the left will tell you that it is not a life. It is not a life until it is born (and this one was not yet viable). If it is not a life, how can he be charged with killing it? You know, like how can Scott Peterson be guilty of two murders when the baby was not yet born? How is Lacy’s baby a baby but the MO woman had a fetus cut out of her.
The charge, Intentional conduct against a pregnant individual resulting in miscarriage or stillbirth, is a felony punishable by up to fifteen years imprisonment.
Read that carefully. Does this mean that if a doctor performs an abortion he is guilty of the same thing? Intentional conduct… It would seem that they have outlawed abortion and do not know it. I want to know how this act is any worse than a partial birth abortion. I believe this kid should tell the judge he was not killing a fetus. He should state that he was performing an abortion. He should state that the worst he should be charged with is practicing medicine without a license. He just did what thousands of doctors do every day. And since the left has decided that the girl does not need to tell her parents or get permission then someone should be in trouble for spilling the beans.
The last thing I do not understand is why the girl is not charged. She went along with the plan. She should be charged with the same crime.
And just to make it clear. I think both kids are guilty of murder. Just as guilty as the abortion doctors who kill unborn babies.

The Nuts Just Keep on Coming

There is a piece in British on line column. The question is raised: Could the tsunami disaster be a turning point for the world?
They asked some famous (or supposedly famous) people what they thought about it. There is a comedian named Bill Bailey. This is his response.
It was the same after 11 September. Everyone said it was a great opportunity to try to understand the world but it was used by the US as a reason to go on a rampaging adventure in Afghanistan and Iraq.
Here we have another jackass telling us that the attack on our country was a chance for us to try to understand the world. Instead it was used to go on a rampaging adventure in Afghanistan and Iraq. Let me spell this out for this lunk head. The 9/11 attack gave us a chance to see the world and we saw it clearly. It is filled with hateful people who want us dead. We tried all that touchy feely stuff every time we were attacked on Clinton’s watch and what did we get for it? More attacks. We were attacked in a deliberate act designed to kill a great deal of people. The tsunami was an act of nature you jackass. As terrible as it is no one did it on purpose though I am sure there will be those who blame it on Bush.
Also, this rampaging adventure through Afghanistan and Iraq were missions to eradicate the terrorists who sponsored the attacks on us. If you want to placate those who want to kill you, go ahead. Look at the poor British woman they beheaded. She was in Iraq for years making it a better country for them and they killed her. They are not peaceful and they do not need us to hold their hands and understand them. They need us to swift, violent justice to them. They need to be sent to meet Allah and answer for their sins. We will make sure they get there and if you want to understand them you probably ought not do it up close.

The Kind of Cowards We Are Fighting

At this site is a picture of an insurgent in Iraq who had been placing bombs in vehicles. As we have seen in the news these bombs are killing all kinds of people. The man is begging for mercy from the people who captured him. He is begging not t be hurt by the same people who he has been targeting to kill.
This takes a lot of nerve. It also shows what kind of cowards we are dealing with. When they have your hands tied being your back and are hacking your head off they are brave. When they are slithering around placing bombs in vehicles and killing people they are macho. As soon as they get caught and have to confront people head on they are cowards.
Let me tell you what kind of mercy they should show this guy. They should take him out in a field, tie his hands behind his back and pack him in about a ton of explosives. They should set a timer on it and face it toward him so he can see it count down. Then they should clear out, sell popcorn and cola, and watch until this waste of flesh blows to smitherines.
Let that be the display of mercy for the rest of the cowards.

Why Does Sri Lanka Need the UN? They Can Rape on Their Own

A teenager who escaped death but was left orphaned and homeless by the Asian tsunami met yet one more agony: gang rape, one of several cases of child abuse being investigated in the disaster zone, an official said.
Well isn’t this nice? There are tens of thousands of people dead because of a tsunami and there are children being gang raped. The world is gathering resources to send to ravaged areas so that thugs can sexually abuse children. I think Mother Nature screwed up and killed the wrong people. The only humans who should have died in the tidal waves are the cretins who prey on the children.
The United Nations is chomping at the bit to get over to Asia. They are just waiting for us to pony up a bunch of money so they can be on their way. I wonder if the enthusiasm is to help the victims or to find fresh meat. Given the allegations in Congo I can’t help but think the blue helmets want to get to Asia so they can take care of their purple helmets. As far as I am concerned, if the affected area already has rapists and child abusers then they certainly don’t need the UN. They seem to have things well in hand. They probably don’t want to share the kids anyway.
To make things worse some pseudo intellectuals calling themselves psychologists are rationalizing the behavior. They believe that given the magnitude of the disaster these things are sure to happen.
But psychological and behavioral problems are certain to become more important as the authorities gain control over the life-threatening issues.
So far, the cases of suspected abuse have been isolated. But officials are concerned that the trauma of the catastrophe, coupled with the close quarters in the refugee centers, could spawn many more cases
De Silva gave few details of the case of the gang-raped 17-year-old girl, which occurred in the area of Galle on the southern coast but not in a refugee center. Hours after being washed ashore and left orphaned and homeless, she was raped by six men, he said.
There is no reason for this kind of behavior. The trauma did not cause it. This has been a pattern for over twenty years. These people do not need psycho babble to help explain their antisocial behavior. They were thugs before the tsunami and they are thugs after it. Let’s stop this victimization of criminals in Sri Lanka. For God’s sake, they are being treated the same way the democrats treat American criminals. Before long we will convince the world it is the kid’s fault.
I hope the world will stop criticizing the US as stingy and see that we are pretty giving, even when our benevolence will help the slime that would perpetrate such terrible crimes. Maybe, Lost Adam and his friends can organize a group to protest the violence against the children. It would be a lot more helpful than the protest against the Ohio vote….

UN Officials Admit they Need the US

Sometime in the last month there was a secret meeting attended by Kofi Annan the UN Secretary General. In that meeting there was a lot of discussion and the entire purpose was to save Kofi and rescue the UN. I have had conversations with Adam at Lost Adam and he wanted to know why I am so against the UN. His argument was that they are an organization that does good things and that the oil for food scandal was only one thing.
If the UN is so admirable, why do they need a secret meeting to rescue themselves? How admirable is it to take bribes to look the other way while some member nations made lots of money conducting illegal activities at the expense of the Iraqi people. How admirable was it to run in Somalia and leave the much needed supplies to the warlords? How admirable is it that blue-helmeted peacekeepers in Congo had run prostitution rings and raped women and teenage girls? All this and they don’t get prosecuted.
I believe that the UN needs to be re-worked from the top down. We need to gut the place and put people in there who will do a good job. There needs to be standards so the phrase “diplomatic immunity” will not keep wrong doers out of jail. I think the US takes far too much crap from the UN and it is time we tell them to straighten out or we will do away with them.
Adam likes to believe that we need the UN. The UN knows the truth.
