Protest Law Breaking By Breaking The Law

The Occupy Wall Street crowd currently residing in a place Michelle Malkin calls Kamp Alinksy is full of people who do not really know why they are there. They protest capitalism while using and wearing the materials produced by the capitalism they claim to detest. They demand that their debt be forgiven. They demand that the wealth of the rich be taken and redistributed. They claim that they want the banksters arrested for their crimes by protesting at the homes of people who are not part of the banking system. In short, they are disorganized and most likely showed up for the free sex and drugs.

One theme that continues is the anger at the bankers. The OWS crowd is mad that the bankers, according to them, caused the economic problems by participating in illegal activities. These people want those bankers arrested and held accountable.

How do these people protest the alleged illegal activities?

They do so by committing illegal acts themselves. They have vandalized property, disrupted traffic, participated in violence and have clashed with the police. Hundreds of them have been arrested for breaking the law. These people are demanding that their charges be dropped or they will all clog up the judicial system by demanding a jury trial. I previously wrote about this and stand by my position that the prosecution should push for maximum sentences for anyone who demands a jury trial.

But let me get this straight. The people who are protesting the bankers for allegedly breaking the law and not being held accountable have broken the law and are demanding not to be held accountable.

Does it seem right that these people think the way to express their anger over alleged illegal activity is to participate in illegal activity?

Does it seem right that they think it is wrong the bankers escaped punishment from our legal system but are demanding not to be punished by our legal system?

I do not agree with these people but could respect their position if they were not breaking the law to express their dissatisfaction at what they see as people who broke the law.

They need to go get jobs.

First they need long, hot showers.

Judicial System Costs A Teen Her Life

A Chicago teen, Charinez Jefferson, was murdered by a gang banger who saw her walking with a member of a rival gang. Gang banger Timothy Jones fired shots at the two and his rival ran from the scene leaving Jefferson to fend for herself (what a real man this guy is).

Jones pointed his gun at Jefferson as she begged for her life explaining that she was pregnant. Jones shot her in the head and then pumped more rounds into her body. She died and her unborn child is in critical condition.

The anti gun nuts in this country will blame the weapon for the crime but the weapon was used by a person who should not have had it (criminals do NOT obey the law) and who should have been in jail. Charinez Jefferson was the victim of a liberal judicial system that refuses to incarcerate felons. Jones has a long rap sheet.

A police source said that Jones was a “stick-up man” well known to area police. At the time of the shooting, Jones was serving 2 years of probation for a 2010 burglary conviction, Dillon said. He also has a “lengthy” juvenile record, including convictions for unlawful use of a weapon, possession of a stolen motor vehicle, and burglary. Chicago Tribune

Jones should have been in jail. He was well known to police and had a history of violence, criminal activity and use of weapons. Why was this thug on the street?

He was on the street because of a judicial system that allows judges who live in protected communities to be lenient on people who have shown they are unworthy of freedom.

Charinez Jefferson was murdered and her child is in critical condition because a judge or judges refused to put the animal who eventually murdered her in a cage where he belongs.

And since Chicago has one of the most stringent gun laws in the country, Jefferson and others are not allowed to carry guns for their own protection.

They are prey to people like Jones who refuse to obey the law and who are coddled by the lax judicial system.

The 17th Amendment

So, which of you good readers know, without looking it up, the 17th amendment? No, don’t worry, I won’t expect everyone to know every amendment, I was just wondering. And so you won’t have to look it up, here it is:

The Senate of the United States shall be composed of two Senators from each State, elected by the people thereof, for six years; and each Senator shall have one vote. The electors in each State shall have the qualifications requisite for electors of the most numerous branch of the State legislatures.

Yes, that’s the first part of it, but it’s the part I’d like to comment on today. And my comment?

That stinks.

I’m sure most people today don’t understand the process that made the election of Senators direct — but look at how it effects government today. The US Senate, primarily, passes laws that spend money (other people’s money). And in a large number of those cases, they direct states to spend money — not caring if the states actually have any money. And this gives the governments in the states the ability to say, “Gee, sorry working people, we HAVE to raise taxes to pay for this program we’re required to have.”

That could change if the Senators then had to head home and answer to the legislators who elected them. No, it wouldn’t be a perfect system, but it would be better than what we have now. Currently, US Senators are rich bodies who fill seats for the national parties and large special interest groups (businesses, unions, etc.). No Senator really gives a damn about anything that happens to people in their own state. This can be seen, obviously, if one cares to look. Take a look at Alaska, where everyone assumed that the political royalty would just stay elected (Murkowski). Then, when something happened and she didn’t win, suddenly the National Democrat Party was interested in the Senate election in Alaska. Not one person in the National Democrat Party cares about a thing in Alaska — but now that they perceive that they have a chance to get a seat from Alaska, they’re interested. And the Republican Party, after seeing their anointed lose, refuse to do anything about it (see: Republican Party doesn’t remove now ex-Republican Murkowski from any leadership positions). Again, they’re more interested in the warm body that they can claim as their own.

I wonder if enough Tea Party candidates win, if this amendment would have a chance of being removed.

Who Are The New Black Panthers?

The New Black Panther Party has been in the news lately for a few things that have happened since the 2008 election. On election day two NBPP members, dressed in military style clothing, wielded a baton at a polling place in Philadelphia and intimidated voters. Despite what they or their apologists claim, they intimidated voters. It was all caught on video and it is obvious to even the most dense among us.

The Obama Justice Department dropped the case and got an injunction against the baton wielding moron. He is not allowed to be a polling place until 2012, just in time to intimidate people when Obama runs for reelection.

The same moron was caught on video saying that the blacks needed to kill some crackers and their babies in order to get racial equality. Just imagine what kind of outrage there would be if a KKK member had said the same things about black people.

And yet, the state run media is generally silent on the issue.

The NBPP is a small group of militant black men who think society has done them wrong and that they have to fight against the injustice of white America. They demand reparations for slavery and I agree with this. I believe we should pay reparations to any person who was held as a slave in this country. If you can find a former slave then pay him. Otherwise, shut up. The descendants of slaves deserve no such thing.

Hell, the descendants are better off than if their ancestors had remained in Africa. I am in no way condoning slavery. I think that slavery was a horrible institution in this country. It is immoral and wrong. But it happened nonetheless. The people who are here now that are descendants of slaves have better opportunities than if they had been born in Africa. Otherwise they would go back there.

No, the NBPP is content to stir up racial turmoil based on perceived injustice. The leader, Malik Shabazz, is an accomplished lawyer but it appears as if the rest of them are a bunch of deadbeats who have never held a real job. They are content sitting around stirring up trouble and blaming whitey for all their problems.

The reality is they are a bunch of cowards who have an inferiority complex and a genuine jealousy of white people. They are true racists who want to kill the crackers and their babies.

The problem is that Eric Holder has given them a pass on their intimidation so look for more of it in the future.

If you encounter any of these thugs at the polls just stomp their guts out because no matter what they do, they will get a pass.

The NBPP has made veiled threats against Glenn Beck and has vowed to show up in DC on 8/28 when Beck talks at the Lincoln Memorial. I think I might just show up for that little show and I am sure thousands of other patriots will show up as well. Let’s see how these cowards act then.

I bet they wet their pants like all cowards with a small penis complex.

Maybe We Should Just Riot

A transit police officer in California shot and killed a man in 2009 and his trial has just concluded. Officer Johannes Mehserle was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter. He claims that he had his Tazer out and put it back and drew the wrong weapon. I don’t know if I would buy that but don’t know all that is involved. Suffice it to say that the jury believed it and he has been convicted of involuntary manslaughter.

The biggest problem in all of this is that the officer is white and the victim was black. Instantly there had to be some racial motivation and justice had to be served.

Well it was. In our system of justice the jury decides and this jury found him guilty of involuntary manslaughter and not murder (as the family wanted).

That did not sit well so what did the minority community in Oakland do? The same thing minority communities in California do every time they do not like a verdict, they rioted. The police and every person in town knew this was going to happen. The judge delayed the reading of the verdict to allow people to leave work and go home. Businesses were sending employees home early so they would not get caught in the rioting.

Why do we tolerate this kind of behavior?

The people who did not like the verdict lost all credibility. I do not want to hear how they feel or how upset they are or anything else. The community lost any sympathy I might have had when it decided to act like animals rather than functioning members of society.

And what happens when these folks riot? The US Department of Justice launches its own investigation into the matter. There was a trial and the guy was found guilty so why does the DOJ need to show up? They need to make sure the black community gets attention after the temper tantrum. They did it after the trial of the officers who beat Rodney King which, by the way, resulted in a riot.

Seems to be a pattern here. Throw a tantrum and get what you want. But why should people be allowed to riot and do damage to the property of others?

Did anyone see riots when OJ Simpson was found “not guilty” in what was a blatant example of payback for perceived crimes against blacks in the past? Did the DOJ show up and launch its own investigation into the Simpson murders?

No, we accepted the verdict and moved on with life.

But maybe we need to shift gears. Perhaps we need to start rioting when we do not get what we want. If the courts overturn Arizona’s law maybe we all need to riot, smash windows in Hispanic owned businesses and turn cars over in the streets. We could do this all across the country to get the point across. I would not expect the DOJ to intervene on our behalf as it is more likely it would come after us because it is headed by that racist Eric Holder.

I am not much for the rioting and violent demonstrations but it seems that this is the way to get some attention.

Besides, the liberal progressives in this country blame all violence on the peaceful members of society who conform to the rules. Pelosi still thinks TEA Party rhetoric will lead to violence.

The threats of riots and violence is a method of group intimidation and it is used effectively by minority communities to get what they want or to express dissatisfaction. Black communities riot over court cases where white cops shoot black suspects or when a black guy is convicted of killing a cop because they get attention. They feel oppressed and want attention so they throw tantrums like children.

The same is true in the Hispanic community. Pass a law they do not like, threaten to build a wall, raid workplaces or do anything else that impedes their lawbreaking and they gather in huge groups and protest.

And they get attention when they do this.

Perhaps we should consider their tactics.

I would like to have a “riot” on November 2nd this year where we all storm the polling places and vote everyone out of office. We need to show our strength in a non violent manner.

We can save the violence or when it is needed.

Like when confronted by New Black Panther Party members carrying nightsticks. If you see them this year beat them to death because the racist AG will not prosecute them for breaking the law.

To all you animals in Oakland, shame on you. Maybe an attitude like yours is what caused the shooting in the first place.
