Berkeley to Reconsider Position on Marines

The pressure from pro military groups and the right wing blogosphere has caused the folks in Berkeley California to reconsider the actions they took last week. in that action they said the Marines were not welcome there and then they gave preference to Code Pink with regard to parking and protests.

Some in Berkeley think that the city should not change what it has done while others feel it was wrong and should be corrected. no doubt, the backlash has caused them some problems and the threat to take away federal money must be looming large.

I don’t care what they decide, I will never visit there and I encourage all people to boycott that cesspool of a city. Let all the tie dye wearing, dope smoking, worn out, hippies drown in their own vomit.

I bet if they were ground zero on 9/11 they would have a different opinion. But, as usual, the terrorists hit the wrong target.

Keep the pressure on the scumbags.

I don’t think that to the majority of anti-American elements in Berkley it would matter where terrorists attacked, even if it were in their own backyard. We would be treated to another lecture on the squalid living conditions in the Middle East that are somehow our fault, as well as admonishment against retaliation in any form beyond further appeasement.
