They Told You They Were Going to Cheat

Flashback 2020:
Poll after poll showed Donald Trump would cruse to reelection. The left needed a better cheating plan than the one used for Hillary (they thought she was going to win). They had the plan and Trump “lost”.
Present Day 2022:
In this election the polls showed a red wave and possibly a red tsunami. There was no doubt the Republicans would take the House by big numbers and that they might take the Senate. But funny things happened on the way to the election. Biden told us that he thought they would be OK. Turns out he might have known something like in 2020 when he told us they put together the biggest election fraud machine in history…
Joe Biden will call me an election denier. The same guy who ignores the election deniers in his own party (Abrams, Clinton, etc.) would be the first to attack me for what I am about to write. I do not care, of course, because Biden is demented. He is not of sound mind. The toughest choice he makes each day is what flavor Jello to eat.
As an aside, he and John Fetterman are brain damaged, and I do not blame them for their afflictions. They are not stupid, just sick. The people who vote for them are stupid.
I am not an election denier. I merely challenge the narrative that we have free and fair elections. Hell, the elections are always rigged or interfered with if a Republican wins and are free and fair when a Democrat wins. I do not look at it that way. There is cheating in every election and now they are getting more brazen about it.
It requires a willful suspension of disbelief to accept that Biden received 81 million votes. That means he did better than the first black guy (Obama) and the first woman (Clinton) who ran for that office. This requires you to believe that despite winning the bellwether states and 19 or 20 bellwether counties and increasing his previous vote totals by millions of votes, Donald Trump lost to a guy who campaigned from his basement and could not draw a double-digit crowd. Anyone who thinks Biden legitimately won is a special kind of stupid.
In 2020 we were told that the numbers we saw were a red mirage. They told us that the Republican votes showed up first, it appeared as a huge lead and then the mail in ballots (many of which violated their own state election laws) were counted and bingo, the blue overwhelmed the red. This is how they explained the five battleground states that “stopped” counting around midnight (nearly all at the same time) and then boom, at 4 in the morning they all “reopen” and Biden is in the lead.
This election a red wave was expected. I was cautiously optimistic, and my wife was completely skeptical. She said the Democrats cheat and they will in this election. She appears to have been correct.
The red mirage game was played again. Fetterman, a man who will probably die of a second stroke** in a year or so, said that the red would appear as a huge wave and then the mail in ballots would swallow that up and the mirage would disappear. Only Pennsylvania counted the absentee ballots first. Many of the previously suspect states that claimed the mail in ballots were counted last in 2020 counted them first in 2022. This was by design. These states know they are being watched closely so they had to devise a way to know how many ballots they needed. By counting those first they could easily slip some in during the same day vote count. This certainly explains why Fetterman outperformed in traditionally red areas. He needed to in order to beat Oz (I am no fan of Oz but his brain works).
There is no way anyone can convince me that traditionally red areas with strong records of voting for Republicans suddenly decided (in a year where the inflation, the economy and the country are in the dump) that a man whose stroke has left him unable to understand what is said to him and who cannot speak coherently was the guy they wanted to vote for. Of course, early voting allowed him to get votes before people could see how damaged he was. But Trump endorsed Oz and Oz did not perform as well as Trump in many red areas of the state. That defies logic particularly given the defective opponent Oz faced.
The Democrats cheated again but this time they spread it out. Couple this with the duplicate ballots and other issues with the ones mailed to people who are not eligible to vote, and the fix was in.
I certainly hope that they cheated and that the people of PA are not as stupid as they appear to be by electing a man who is obviously medically unfit for office.
Polls usually get the Republican vote wrong (underestimate) because Republicans, by and large, do not answer polls. The polling that was done showed Republicans set to take three seats in the Senate with an outside shot at a few more. If Republicans are undercounted, then they should have performed better than the polls projected. Fetterman was cheated to victory for a pickup for the Democrats. Then it was on to Nevada and Arizona. Right now, it looks like Nevada will go red and even out the Fetterman pick up. In Arizona the state miraculously had voting machine issues on election day, the very day when most Republicans vote. People were told to go to other polling locations and then when they got there, they were told they had already checked in to vote (because they checked in where the machines had “malfunctioned”). How many votes were lost so that Mark Kelly can hold on to a seat that polls showed he could very well lose? As of this writing there are plenty of votes to count so it is far from over, but it looks good for him, and the malfunction certainly helped him out. Keri Lake might lose because of this as well. She was up double digits in the polls…
Democrats (with assistance from Lisa Murkowski) enacted ranked choice voting in Alaska. That system is designed to favor certain people and it helped Murkowski make it through the primaries. She might end up losing but the process has a chance of hurting Sarah Palin’s chance to win Alaska’s only House seat. The traditionally red state went blue in the special election because of ranked choice and Palin might lose again because of it.
Georgia conveniently failed to send about 1000 absentee ballots to those who requested them. Those folks are suing to get their ballots, be allowed to vote and have the deadline for their ballots to be in extended to the 14th. How convenient that such an action will allow the Democrats to see how many votes they need to keep from having a runoff in the Senate race. Then they have until the 14th to manufacture what they need (how will they be able to tell which ones coming in were from the disenfranchised 1000).
(**) Fetterman has a bad heart, and he threw a blood clot that caused his stroke. The care for this is lots of rest and rehabilitation and to avoid stress. The odds of dying within a year are pretty high particularly if one does not follow the medical advice. The stress of the campaign and the stress of being in the Senate will probably kill Fetterman within a year. No worries, they will appoint his Marxist wife to fill the seat.

Congressman Raskin is a Typical Swamp Creature

Congressman Jamie Raskin of the People’s Republic of Maryland (8th CD) is a fairly low life POS. A new report shows that his wife sold 1.5 MILLION dollars worth of stock that he did not report until well after the sale. The sale took place December 2020 and was not reported until August of 2021. This is well after it is supposed to be reported according the the STOCK Act. But let’s face it, members of Congress ignore that and many other laws and get rich with insider trading and other activities. This appears to be a reporting issue but it is a violation nonetheless. Imagine if Republican colleague of his were running for president and did the same thing. There is no doubt Raskin would exploit it and bludgeon his colleague with it.
Raskin claims that he was otherwise occupied with the death of his son. His son Thomas took his own life in late December of 2020. The death of one’s child is horrific and not to be made light of so it is not, in most circumstances, unreasonable to allow some flexibility while the Raskin’s dealt with their grief. But this is not an ordinary circumstance. You see, Raskin buried his son on 5 January 2021 and was at the Capitol the next day for the electoral vote count. He was there during the mostly peaceful protest and he drafted an article of impeachment later that day for Trump’s second political theater impeachment. Raskin was named the lead impeachment manager less than a week later. Surely, if Raskin was able to do all of this in his grief he could have had an assistant (you know they don’t fill those out themselves) submit the report of the stock sale. I get that he lost his son but his ability to do all these other things at the time he claims his grief got in the way of reporting the stock sale casts doubt on his excuse and gives the appearance he is using that death to excuse the fact that he violated the law thus the lowlife POS claim).
The 2020 election was not free or fair and it was rife with cheating that allowed Biden to be declared the winner. He did not get anywhere near 81 million votes. It requires a willful suspension of disbelief to accept that he got more votes than the first black man (Obama) and first woman (Clinton) to run for the presidency. A nearly 50 year failed politician who was rejected for the presidency several times did not win in 2020. The evidence keeps mounting up no matter how many times they tell you otherwise. And the Vice President had the authority to reject certifications that were suspect. But Raskin, an alleged (former) constitutional law professor has this to say:
“We have to talk about fascism in U.S. democracy because we clearly have a fascistic movement,” Raskin advised. “We have a political party that has positioned itself outside of the constitutional order and does not accept the outcome and the results of elections that do not favor them. And that’s an essentially fascist attitude when you reject the basic premise of democracy that we accept the official and legitimate results of an election. And you don’t keep questioning the courts and questioning all of the counts in order to rev up your troops and to propagandize them.” Breitbart
Hey professor, we are a Republic and if you want to talk fascism then it points right back to stealing the election which many fascists regularly do. I know you think anyone who objected to the certification of Biden is a fascist. I however, think operatives from the government started the riot at the Capitol and the police were instructed to let people in so that it would disrupt the process so that members who were objecting to the 2020 election results would back down and not be able to present evidence of the wrong doing which would give the Vice President the ability to send them back to be checked (or for electors to vote for Trump instead). It is not beyond our government to run these kinds of operations. You [the government] have done it before (here and abroad) and you will do it again.
But Jamie, the very position you have taken since the 2020 election, that it cannot be objected to, that anyone who does is a fascist and that the VP is a figurehead who rubber stamps the results of the states (in true Banana Republic style) is at odds with Jamie Raskin in 2017. After Donald Trump crushed Hillary Clinton (if you all would have thought he was a strong candidate you would have cheated more for Hillary) in 2016 a new Congress Critter named Jamie Raskin joined several other members of the House and objected to the certification of the 2016 election results because they believed that Trump was colluding with the Russians and that they helped him win and engaged in voter suppression. You didn’t get the result you wanted so you questioned the results of the election and said it was fraudulent.
Jamie, Jamie, Jamie, you fascist bastard (your standard dude).
Joe Biden, then the Vice President, ruled you out of order because an objection must include a member form each chamber and there was no Senator as part of the objection. I would think a former constitutional law professor would know that and would get one of the liberal Trump haters in the Senate (a fellow fascist if you will) to object. If you had your ducks in a row I bet you would have tried to make a case to send the certifications back to the states so they could check for fraud and you would have presented any evidence you believed backed your claim.

This brings us full circle to the stock sale. There are not only rules but actual laws that require members of Congress to report stock sales in a timely manner. This law exists because members of Congress were engaging in insider trading (and still do). Anyone with a brain can see that you do not get rich on a Congress Critter’s salary unless you are engaging in questionable behavior (to put it mildly).
No young man should go into politics if he wants to get rich or if he expects an adequate reward for his services. An honest public servant can’t become rich in politics. Honest public servant Jamie. I never worried about Trump because he was rich when he got there. I worry about the people who get rich AFTER they get elected. You seem to be in that arena Jamie. 1.5 MILLION dollars in stock as compensation to your spouse who, interestingly, has served in government. What were they paying for, access?
In any event, your failure to follow the law must be investigated by the ethics committee and charges brought if warranted. Some form of punishment MUST result from this infraction. The evidence does not support your claims of grief interfering with your ability to follow the law so you must face the music. Even if it did your delay is well past any reasonable allowance for grief.
You see Jamie, I have not forgotten what you and your fellow Democrats have said over the past 5 or so years.
No one is above the law.
I close by saying I think he will skate. They never follow the rules and the statement that no one is above the law is not one they believe. It is a convenient phrase when they want to attack an opponent. Otherwise most of these swamp rats would be in jail because they are all crooked.

Courts Are Making Examples Of 6 January Defendants To Keep You In Place

There was no insurrection on 6 January 2021. The people did not have arms and they did not try to overthrow the government. They were invited into the Capitol and most of them walked around looking at things and taking pictures. A very small group of left wing agitators caused issues and disrupted the business of government. The real issue is that a bunch of Congress Critters wet their pants (or soiled them) and finally came to the realization that if the people were pissed off enough that a small handful of them could actually take over and there is nothing government could do about it. The (in)justice system is working hard to make examples of everyone involved so that no one will ever be inclined to get out of line again. Congress cannot allow the peons to get away with any of this or they might begin to understand that they (the people) have power and can exercise it whenever they want.
People in this country burned entire towns to the ground. They murdered people. They attacked the police. They were involved in all kinds of illegality and they have not been rounded up and placed in jail for months at a time in solitary confinement awaiting trial. No, those few who were actually arrested were released and never charged. None of them have been sentenced to any time in jail and you can bet that many of them have criminal records.
The 6 January folks were rounded up by the FBI and other law enforcement agencies and placed in jail. They were denied bail and have been waiting for 10 months to get a trial. No one has been charged with insurrection and most of the charges are for minor issues BUT these folks are being sentenced to a long time in jail. The AQnon Shaman guy, you know, the dude with the horns and animal pelt and painted face, received 41 months in prison. He went into the Capitol, did not damage anything, did not hurt anyone and has no record but he got 41 months in prison. He is being made an example of so that anyone else who thinks about this will have second thoughts. The tyrants in government, including the tyrants in black robes, cannot allow people to think they will get away with anything that attacks the political class.
This man was sentenced because of thoughts and words. He was portrayed as peaceful by his attorney and he was peaceful during the entire event at the Capitol. But he had written some things on his social media page that were used against him.
“In the months leading up to Jan. 6, the defendant posted vitriolic messages on social media encouraging his thousands of followers to ‘expose the corrupt politicians,’ to ‘ID the traitors in our government,’ to ‘halt their agenda,’ to ‘stop the steal.’ This is not peaceful,” prosecutor Kimberly Paschall said. ~ From linked article
It does not matter what you post on social media as long as you do not act on it. You can say this will not be peaceful but if you are peaceful they can’t say you were not because of what you wrote. How many of the BLM/Antifa thugs who posted a lot of threatening language on social media and then actually were violent, are in jail with a 41 month sentence. None, zero, zilch, nada.
The ruling class in DC got a rude awakening on 6 January. They found out that if a relatively small group of people wanted to, they could take over the Capitol without breaking a sweat and the only thing the rulers could do is what they did on that day, piss their pants. Making examples of the mostly peaceful protestors is designed to instill fear in anyone else who might have realized that the people are in power and that the government works for us and if they fail to do so we make them.
This nation was founded on an act of insurrection when we decided that we would no longer be ruled by a tyrant. We rediscovered that and the ruling class is sleeping less peacefully at night. I do not advocate for violence and prefer we overthrow government at the ballot box but when the system is broken there comes a time to remove it and replace it.

1. Kyle Rittenhouse is the example of why you need an AR 15 (or any rifle like it). I do not believe that anyone has to demonstrate a need to own any firearm but the gun grabbers are hell bent on forcing the issue. No one needs an AR 15, a weapon of war, claim these anti American morons. Well Kyle Rittenhouse demonstrated why people would actually need such a weapon when three Antifa/BLM thugs attacked him and he shot them with an AR 15. He was lethal and eliminated the threat. America’s streets can become a war zone any time the left wants to gin up violence and Rittenhouse is a shining example of an appropriate response. He also demonstrated why the government wants to take these away from people. They are accurate and lethal and a game changer during violence. The prosecution is watching its case fall apart as one witness after another gives evidence that the shootings were in self defense. One such revelation caused a prosecutor to execute a face-palm. They claim Kyle was reckless but he only shot those attacking him and no one other than the attackers were hit by his rounds. Expect more unrest once he is found not guilty. If he is found guilty it might be time for gun owners to riot…
2. Joe Biden wants to pay illegal immigrants nearly a half million dollars each for being separated at the border when they broke the law entering here. Imagine a man robbing a bank and going to jail and then his wife suing because the government separated her family. Imagine further that they gave her $450,000 for doing so. This is the insanity of the US government. It wants to pay lawbreakers (future democrats) lots of money. They have denied it and they have skirted around the issue and now they have settled on the fact the DOJ is deciding how much the lawbreakers will get for us enforcing our laws. The American public though, is not happy. They do not want any money paid to the illegals and they want the southern border closed. I bet a mean tweet would be welcomed right now if Donald Trump were still here to keep the border secured. Remember this next November. Let’s Go Brandon.
3. The CBO will rescore the Dem-Commie budget bill after moderates on the left said they could not vote for it until they knew the real costs. The CBO is not some magical agency that can give accurate estimates because they can only score what they get and under the parameters provided. If Congress has them score a program for one year at a certain rate and then the program continues past a year (it will, all government programs have eternal life) it will cost a lot more. These deceptions are deliberate and are designed to hide the TRUE cost from the taxpayers. If all the programs that would pay for themselves actually did then we would not be 29 TRILLION dollars in debt. If this bill is scored accurately then the cost will be double the number the Dem-Commies are telling us. If the number is close to what they are saying then you know they used that fuzzy math to get it to pass.
4. A baker’s dozen of RINO Congress Critters voted for the Biden infrastructure bill that sends about 10% of the money to infrastructure and the rest to pay off political friends. Then those who opposed it touted how great it will be for their states (looking at you Mitch McConnell). Larry Hogan of Maryland was praising it for the 6 billion or so dollars his state would get. These idiots are praising the spending of over a TRILLION dollars because they got a few billion to fix things in their states. I highly doubt the money will be used to fix anything. The shovel ready jobs bill Obama passed spent trillions of dollars on infrastructure and it is no better today than it was when the money was sent out. All they did was name it infrastructure and then blow the money on all kinds of other things like solar panels that remained in the stockyard when they companies went belly up. Now there are Republicans calling for those who voted for the bill to be stripped of their committee assignments. Two of these critters are leaving Congress so they likely will not care. The others should have their assignments taken away and then they should be primaried. We can no longer have people in our party who work against the country. And we do not need morons like McConnell or Hogan with their short sighted narrow views.
5. When government does not work for you then you replace government. A teenager did just that. Nicholas Seppy missed his senior year at school and was denied his senior prom because of Covid shutdowns. He decided that the school board needed new blood and he ran for a seat and the 19 year old beat out a long time incumbent by 17 points. It looks like more people than they expected are not happy with the tyranny.
6. We are being radically transformed into a Communist nation ~ Candace Owens. The bad thing is many people will not even see this until they are on he wrong end of a government owned gun working for the greater good and eating dirt to survive.
7. The FBI and left wing groups instigated the unrest (the mostly peaceful protest) on January 6th. The Capitol Police officers were in on it as well. They opened doors and invited people in, they threw flash bang grenades into crowds of people peacefully sitting near and on the steps (people screaming why are you doing this to the people who support the police) and they even pushed a protester off the Capitol steps where he fell 15 feet, a fall that could have killed him. The government is tyrannical and these agencies and alleged law enforcement officers need to be investigated.
8. Speaking of tyrants in the FBI, they raided the home of James O’Keefe, founder of Project Veritas, handcuffed him and threw him in the hallway (half naked for his neighbors to see) while they searched his home and confiscated his electronic devices and notes that were confidential journalism and investigation notes. Imagine if they did this to a main stream journalist? The FBI is trying to find Ashley Biden’s diary, the one where she says she took inappropriate showers with her father (Joe Biden) and they have broken the law to find it. PV turned the diary over to law enforcement but pages from it were disclosed on the internet by other organizations. It appears as if there is something in that book the Biden’s (and the left) do not want disclosed so they are using the storm troopers in the FBI to harass and intimidate people. They hid Hunter Biden’s hard drive and now they are trying to retrieve the diary of a sexually abused drug addict to protect her abusive father. The FBI was used as tyrants during the Trump Administration (but AGAINST Trump) and they are continuing that right through this Administration but here they are protecting the illegal acts, drug use and perversion of the Bidens. What more do you need to know the FBI should be disbanded and law enforcement taken care of at the local level?

Vaccine Round Up Star Date 2021.314

1. Snitches get stitches b***hes. Joe Biden had OSHA put out emergency guidance for Covid in order to make a mandate for vaccines in the private workplace. Be advised that this is nothing more than Biden doing an end run around the law. He is not allowed to mandate vaccines in private workplaces so he had OSHA drum up a dire workplace emergency. The problem (one of many) is that Covid is not a workplace emergency. Covid is a virus you can catch anywhere whether you are in the workplace or not. OSHA cannot make emergency workplace rules for things that are not workplace specific. OSHA does not have enough enforcement officers to inspect workplaces for violations which cost tens to hundreds of thousands of dollars so Biden wants people in the workplace to tell on their employers. Joe wants people to become whistleblowers (valid whistleblowers are protected under the law so you can’t fire them) and expose their bosses if they allow people who have not been vaccinated to work. I hope people think about this because the boss can’t fire you for being a whistleblower but he sure can fire you if the fines make it impossible to keep a large workforce on. Who do you think will be first out the door? But we all know there will be snitches. Be a shame if they disappeared.
2. We knew that half of the states were poised to file lawsuits once OSHA made the Biden rules for vaccination. They did and a federal appeals court ordered a halt to the mandate stating:
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit ordered a temporary halt on Saturday, ruling the complaint gives “cause to believe there are grave statutory and constitutional issues with the Mandate.”
I wrote before that OSHA could not make up rules mandating vaccines for things that you can catch anywhere and that the emergency method used has been shot down nearly every time it has been used. But Biden is doing what he did with the court order to end the eviction moratorium and the order to continue Trump’s stay in Mexico policy, he is ignoring it. He did it then by saying the court process is long and he will have accomplished his goals before they stopped him and that Mexico has to agree. That is tyranny. Now he is telling businesses to ignore the court and push on with mandating vaccines. Remember, the court thinks there are serious constitutional issues so if you are a business and you are aware of this and you listen to Joe and it turns out this is unconstitutional you will be sued by employees you forced to get a vaccine in violation of a court order. Biden and his Dem-Commies continue to ignore court orders and the Constitution. Remember when they said Trump was the dictator?
3. It is all about safety and health except when Dem-Commies want to attend parties or it does not fit their agenda. They do not vaccinate illegal aliens and instead of deporting them they just let them loose in America to spread germs all over. If Covid was such a terrible thing then there would be no delays. The government worker’s union (AFGER) that represents 700,000 federal workers is asking Biden to move the mandatory compliance date to January 4th so it lines up with that in the OSHA mandate and the mandate for contractors to the federal government. They want it moved so people do not have to worry about getting a shot or losing their jobs during the holidays. The OSHA date was pushed into January because businesses complained that losing workers during the holiday season would harm them. It looks like Covid is not really that much of an issue so long as we have some more important thing. Covid knows not to attack Democrats at gatherings when they do not wear masks, it knows not to jump more than 6 feet, it knows that it cannot attack when you are eating in a restaurant, it knows that it can’t make you sick during the holidays (unless you gather at home to eat because Fauci has given it orders to attack you) and it cannot attack people rioting and burning down cities. That is one pretty smart virus. If it were truly the end of the world people would be knocking down the doors to the shot clinics…
4. I imagine that the changes to accommodate Covid will come soon for the airlines as there are warnings that there will not be enough TSA and other personnel including workers at airlines to make sure people can travel during the holiday. Travel gets extremely busy during the holidays and after last year’s tyrannical lockdowns many people are anxious to get out and visit family. The airports will be overrun and it will all be because Biden can’t lead, and knows not what he is doing.
5. A flight attendant who was forced to get the Covid vaccine in order to keep her job suffered injury from the vaccine and is now suing her employer. I opined in the past that when employers force you to get it they will be responsible. Many legal experts said they would not and this case will demonstrate who is correct. I believe she will get paid for the injuries because they coerced her. They should pay and it should send a shockwave through business so that they think before they mandate.

The offer is for people as young as 14 as long as they are accompanied by an adult. Satan is working overtime to bring full blown debauchery to the world.
7. The Pfizer CEO., Albert Bourla, says that people who spread Covid misinformation are criminals. This is coming from the CEO of the pharma company that paid the largest fine in history for fraud involving the illegal promotion of certain drugs. I bet there was a bit of misinformation in that. People are free to say what they want about the vaccines whether it is misinformation or not. Pfizer has certainly been spreading misinformation about its Covid vaccine. They are not safe and they are not effective and they do not have data to show either of these things. They are lying about how it harms people and they are spreading misinformation. When the stuff hits the fan I think we will see who is actually the criminal here.
8. A case is pending in the court system where the United States filed a suit against Ozaukee County, Wisconsin. The case involves a worker who refused the flu shot based on religious objection. She was required to submit a letter from clergy but she does not attend a church. She bases her beliefs on her reading of the Bible. The US Government sued because they violated her rights when they forced her to get the shot. The government’s second Count reads:
Defendant discriminated against Williams on the basis of her religion, in violation
of Section 703(a) of Title VII, by failing or refusing to provide her with a reasonable accommodation of her religious, practice, and/or belief (i.e., her belief that the Bible forbid her from receiving a flu vaccination) that conflicted with Defendant’s policy mandating annual flu vaccinations for its employees and requiring that any religious exemptions to the policy be supported by a letter from a clergy leader.
Note that the very government forcing vaccines on its own workers with no reasonable accommodation is involved in a lawsuit where it is fighting that very thing. This should be enough to shoot down the Biden mandates immediately.
