Another Murderer Plays The System

Among the legal errors cited by Abeokuto were that the trial judge did not adequately check whether he was competent to waive a jury trial. According his appeal, Abeokuto was taking medication and had psychological disorders, including post-traumatic stress disorder.
This low life is now going to appeal higher to try and get a new trial. He took an 8 year old girl and cut her throat while she, showing more courage than this waste of flesh could ever muster, fought him off. Now we are supposed to be concerned whether he was competent to decide on a jury trial and are supposed to take into account he has mental problems. This subhuman piece of dung is manipulating the system because he received the death penalty for his actions.
This is nothing more than a waste of taxpayer money. The forensic evidence leads directly to Abeokuto and there is no doubt he murdered the girl. Now we will play games with the system to keep him off death row. What does this animal expect to get from a new trial? Does he think there will be 12 sypathetic jurers who will spare him? The body of this girl was found by two kids a few miles from where I was living at the time. He took her from Baltimore to Harford County and murdered her in the woods and we are supposed to be concerned as to whether he can make a sound decision. I think he pretty well demonstrated that he is not capable of that by cutting the throat of an 8 year old child.
They should retry this pig and give him the death penalty, take away the endless appeals ans then use the electric chair to fry this animal until he is no longer a threat to anything but the olfactory system of the people in the room. I would be willing to pay the electric bill if they leave the machine on long enough to cook this slime ball maggot until he is crispy and hard.
This is the kind of crap about the judicial system that drives people nuts. If that had been my daughter he would be begging for the death penalty.
