Air Marshals Fund Terrorism

Two US Air Marshals were taken into custody in Houston by the FBI. The agency is not commenting on the reason for the arrests but sources say it is because the two were trafficking cocaine. These two people who were on aircraft to keep travelers safe were involved in trafficking a substance that is sold to fund terrorism.

This is not hard to believe because I have said on a number of occasions that the police think they are above the law. They speed, drink and drive, park illegally, and they plant evidence on suspects. Police are more likely to be released by other officers who respond for a complaint of domestic abuse than the average citizen is and they often look out for each other based on the “code.”

I think it is time to reign in police officers who use their positions to break the law. These two, if found guilty, need to spend the rest of their lives in jail. They need to be locked up so far back in the prison that sunshine needs to be piped in to them. These two violated the public’s trust and you can bet your rear that if they had caught you with cocaine they would have no problem arresting you and trying to put you away for a very long time.

We need to make sure they are held to the same standard.
